Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
United States
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.
Canada
We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Standard shipping to Canada typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. As with all cross-border orders, any customs duties or import taxes are set by Canadian customs and collected on delivery — a small step we're always happy to help you navigate so your pieces arrive without a hitch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Orders
